We know everyone is feeling the pinch this winter and we want to support those families in our school community who are impacted the most. We want to do everything we can to help you and your child through this difficult winter.

• As costs and prices go up, more and more of us are struggling with money.

• You may be able to get help to boost your income or cut your costs, but it can be hard to know where to start.

• At Norfolk Community Advice Network (NCAN), we have created this hub of free help and support:

• Whether it’s a feeling of isolation, advice on housing, benefits, disability rights, debt and money, legal help, homelessness or domestic abuse, the charities which make up the Norfolk Community Advice Network can help you.

• You can contact any of the network charities directly, or call the Your Norfolk Advice Network for help. A specially recruited team of staff will answer your calls and emails. The helpline number is 0333 996 8333 and the email is helpline@ncan.co.uk. Our opening hours are 10am – 4pm Mon – Fri.
