This is an exciting year for Ashleigh as we look forward to becoming a Primary School in September 2015.

The staffs are already working hard planning for a rigorous, well-resourced Key Stage 2 curriculum to ensure our year 2s have an inspiring and challenging start to the next stage of their school journey.

Plans for the new building are underway. You will be kept informed as and when there are developments.

We look forward to welcoming our new headteacher Mr Sam Nixon after Christmas. As an experienced and successful primary school headteacher he is well placed to lead us through the changes the next few years will bring and ensure Ashleigh will continue to be a highly successful school and one to be proud of. There are lots of important decisions to be made. Children and parents will be actively involved in this process.
